Nikola Dašić
President of the
City Council

Nikola Dašić is a graduate economist and military officer from Kragujevac. He was born on March 4, 1975, in Ljubljana.

He graduated from the School of Economics in Kragujevac and the Military Technical Academy in Belgrade.

He began his career as Assistant Chief Accountant at PP Stari Hrast, where he worked from 1993 to 1994.

At MV Intercom in Kragujevac, he worked from 1998 to 1999 as Sales Manager.

From 2002 to 2005, in the General Staff of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro in Belgrade, he served as Platoon Commander and Manager of the Logistics Unit, responsible for supplying and equipping the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense.

In 2005, he started working at the Privatization Agency, Regional Office Kragujevac, as Assistant Project Manager, and in 2006 he became Director of the Regional Center Kragujevac.

In 2012, he continued his professional career at the National Bank of Serbia as Director of the Enforced Collection Department in Kragujevac, and since 2013 as General Director of the Enforced Collection Sector and Advisor to the Governor for Regional Supervision in the branches in Kragujevac, Niš and Užice. By authorization of the Governor, he coordinates the Cash Operations Department as well as the Treasury Departments in the branches in Belgrade and Novi Sad.

He speaks English. He is married with three children.

Dejan Ružić
Vice President of the
City Council

Dejan Ružić was born on May 7, 1983, in Kragujevac. He earned a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac.

He gained extensive experience in management positions in the private sector, focusing on business improvement, innovation, and investment opportunities.

He began his career as Controller of the Sales Department at Kronospan Srb LLC, where he worked from 2011 to 2012.

At VIP Mobile LLC in Belgrade, he worked from 2012 to 2017 as Regional Sales Supervisor for Šumadija and Western Serbia.

From 2018 to 2020, he served as Commercial Director at Fori Textile SER LLC in Kragujevac.

From September 2020 to July 2021, he was Executive Director for Economics and Marketing at PUC Vodovod i Kanalizacija in Kragujevac.

In July 2021, he continued his professional career as Acting Head of the City Administration for Development and Investments, where he directly managed the implementation of several capital projects and coordinated with relevant ministries.

He is a member of the Management Board of the Alumni Club of the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac.

He speaks English and German. He is married with two children.

Prof. Dr. Nenad Stanišić
Member of the City Council in charge of Finance

Nenad Stanišić was born in 1979 in Kragujevac, where he completed his primary education and graduated from the First Grammar School.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac in 2002, and completed his master’s studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade in 2006. He obtained his PhD in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade in 2010.

He has been employed at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac since 2003. In 2020, he was elected Full Professor in the field of General Economics and Economic Development.

During his tenure at the Faculty, he has held the positions of Secretary of the Department of General Economics and Economic Development, Vice Dean for Scientific Research, Vice Dean for International Cooperation, and Vice Dean for Teaching.

From 2020 to 2023, he served as a Member of the City Council in charge of Finance.

 

 

Stefan Jovanović
Member of the City Council in charge of Communal Affairs

Stefan Jovanović was born on February 3, 1994, in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Kragujevac, obtaining a degree in law.

During his studies, he held various positions in the field of student governance. He served as President of the student organization “Law Students’ Association,” a member of the Teaching and Scientific Council and the Council of the Faculty of Law, University of Kragujevac, as well as President of the Students’ Parliament.

In 2018, in Corfu, Republic of Greece, he organized a meeting of law students from the faculties of Kragujevac, Belgrade, Niš, Novi Sad, Podgorica, Skopje, Zagreb, Split, Banja Luka, and Sarajevo.

He has organized several scientific and professional forums in the field of law, including “Lawyers’ Days,” held annually at the Faculty of Law, as well as the seminar “Encountering the Serbian Civil Code,” held in Zlatibor in February 2017.

From 2018 to 2020, he worked on legal affairs at the Rectorate of the University of Kragujevac.

On August 4, 2020, he was appointed Assistant Mayor of the City of Kragujevac in charge of Youth and Cooperation with the University.

He is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party.

Ana Petrović Jelić
Member of the City Council in charge of Culture

Ana Petrović was born on February 28, 1970, in Kragujevac.

She began her studies at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Perugia, Italy, and graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Applied Arts and Design in Belgrade, Department of Textile Design.

She has participated in numerous group exhibitions and around fifty solo exhibitions.

From 2004 to 2012, she was engaged in applied painting, design, and the development of Emir Kusturica’s Mećavnik town in Mokra Gora.

She is the recipient of the “Tourism Flower” award of the Tourist Organization of Serbia for the best-designed souvenirs.

In addition to painting, one of her major professional interests is the creation of the ideal Serbian souvenir.

Her body of work includes paintings, painted furniture, carpet and furniture design, textile and clothing design, interior painting, and household item design.

From March 2020 to September 2022, she worked at the Đura Jakšić House Gallery as a Program Organizer.

From September 2022 to November 2023, she served as Assistant to the Mayor of Kragujevac in charge of Culture and Media.

She speaks English and Italian.

Jelena N. Pavić
Member of the City Council in charge of Health and Social Care

Jelena N. Pavić was born on September 13, 1993, in Ćuprija.

She completed her undergraduate academic studies in Biology at the Faculty of Science, University of Kragujevac in 2016.

She completed her Master’s studies in Biology in 2017 with an average grade of 9.63, obtaining the title of Master Biologist. In the academic year 2019/2020, she began her Master’s studies in Bioengineering, which she completed in 2021 with an average grade of 10.00, obtaining the title of Master of Biomedical Engineering.

In the academic year 2019/2020, she began her doctoral studies in Biology at the Faculty of Science, University of Kragujevac, and in 2021/2022 she enrolled in doctoral studies in Bioengineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac.

In 2023, Jelena Pavić was appointed Research Associate and has since been engaged in scientific research at the Laboratory for Bioinformatics and Applied Biology, Institute of Information Technologies, University of Kragujevac.

In 2019, she attended training at the Department of Experimental and Clinical Medicine at the University of Florence, Italy. She also attended the Winter School of Proteomics entitled “Proteomics: From Sample Preparation to Practical Aspects,” held in Belgrade and organized by the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade, within the FoodEnTwin project (Horizon 2020).

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she participated in volunteer work by producing protective masks for healthcare and other institutions.

She speaks English. She is married and has one daughter.

 

Dušan Aleksić Zeka
Member of the City Council in charge of Education

Dušan Aleksić Zeka was born on April 3, 1982, in Kragujevac, where he graduated from the First Grammar School and later from the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac, obtaining a degree in Economics (MA in International Management).

From September to November 2014, he served as a Member of the City Council for the Economy of the City of Kragujevac.

From 2020 to 2023, he served as a Member of the City Council in charge of Education.

He is the co-owner of the agency “Rhapsody Travel,” operating in Serbia, Bulgaria, and Turkey. He is also the owner of the real estate agency “Collegium.”

From 2008 to 2019, he was a member of the Kragujevac City Assembly, a member of the Team for the Development of the Local Action Plan for Youth, and a member of the Youth Council.

From 2018 to 2019, he held the position of Secretary General of the University Sports Association of Serbia.

During his studies, he served as President of the Student Parliament of the University of Kragujevac and the Faculty of Economics, a member of the Council of the University and the Faculty of Economics, and a collaborator on several international projects related to the improvement of higher education in Serbia (SIGMUS, GOMES).

He is the recipient of the “Đurđevdanska nagrada” award of the City of Kragujevac for outstanding contribution to sport in 2013, for the organization of the “World University Basketball Championship 3x3.”

Dr. Snežana Živanović Katić
Member of the City Council in charge of Balanced and Sustainable Development of the Village and the City

Snežana Živanović Katić was born on December 29, 1971, in Kragujevac. She graduated from the First Grammar School.

She graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Agriculture in Čačak, University of Kragujevac, obtaining a degree in Agronomy.

In 1998, at the Faculty of Agriculture in Čačak, she obtained her Master’s degree in Agronomic Sciences, specializing in Agrotechnics and Ecology of Small Grains.

She received her PhD in 2004 from the Faculty of Agriculture in Zemun, obtaining the title of Doctor of Biotechnical Sciences in the field of Agriculture.

From 1995 to 1999, she was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, within the program for the development of young scientists.

From 1999 to 2004, she worked at the Institute for Agricultural Research “Srbija” – Center for Small Grains, Kragujevac, first as a Research Associate in the Department of Agricultural Technology and Physiology of Small Grains, and from 2001 to 2002 as Head of the Department.

From November 2004 to 2008, she served as Chief City Agronomist of the City of Kragujevac.

From 2008 to September 2014, she served as Assistant to the Mayor of Kragujevac for Agriculture.

From 2015 to 2017, she was Assistant Director at the Memorial Park “Kragujevački oktobar.”

Since 2017, she has been employed at DDOR Insurance Novi Sad as a Crop and Fruit Insurance Appraiser.

From October 2021 to November 2023, she served as Advisor to the Mayor of Kragujevac for Agrarian Policy.

She is the author and co-author of more than 80 scientific and professional papers and has organized and participated in numerous seminars, conferences, and expert panels in the field of agriculture. She has also participated as a lecturer at meetings organized by the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts – Village Committee.

She was a member of the sectoral working group for the development of the National Strategy for Agriculture for the period 2014–2024.

She is the co-author of the publication “Memory of National Roots – Alphabet of the Villages of Kragujevac” (2011).

She holds a management certificate in the field of rural development.

 

Danka Andonovski
Member of the City Council in charge of International Cooperation and Local Self-Government

Born on April 11, 1975, in Kragujevac, Serbia.

She completed the First Grammar School in her hometown. In 2001, she graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade with a degree in Sinology (Chinese Language and Literature / English Language).

She began her career as the editor of the Serbian section of the first weekly newspaper in Chinese published in Serbia, Nan Hua Shi Bao, from 2000 to 2002.

From 2003 to 2022, she worked at Serbian Railways, now Railway Infrastructure of Serbia JSC, where she held the following positions:

  • Translator (2003–2005)
  • Chief of Staff to the Director General (2005–2013)
  • Director, International Cooperation Center (2013–2015)
  • Advisor to the Director General of Railway Infrastructure of Serbia for International Cooperation (2015–2016)
  • Chief Coordinator for International Cooperation, International Cooperation Center, Office of the Director General of Railway Infrastructure of Serbia (2016–2022)

From February 2022 until the end of 2023, she served as a Member of the City Council for Investments and Project Management in Kragujevac. From March 2024 to the present, she has served as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Kragujevac.

  • In 2011, she completed training in International Protocol at the China Foreign Affairs University in Beijing as a scholarship recipient of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Belgrade.
  • In 2014, she was appointed a member of the state team for cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the People’s Republic of China on infrastructure projects.
  • In cooperation with the Russian Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she participated on several occasions, through timely action, in preventing the entry of the so-called Kosovo Railways into international railway organizations.
  • She has participated in numerous seminars and training programs related to restructuring.

She is married with two children.

Radomir Erić
Member of the City Council in charge of Economic Affairs

Radomir Erić was born in Kragujevac on July 2, 1968, where he completed his primary and secondary education and graduated from the Faculty of Law in Kragujevac.

He passed the Bar Exam in Belgrade in 1996.

During his professional career, he served as Director of the Legal Affairs Department at Takovo Insurance, Branch Manager at Eurobank, Regional Director at DDOR, Regional Director of Triglav Insurance, Director of the Electricity Trading Directorate at Center Kragujevac LLC, and Assistant Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications.

From 2016 to 2020, he was a Member of the City Council for Economic Affairs.

He is the recipient of the “Captain Miša Anastasijević” Charter for Economic Achievement.

 


Stefan Nikezić
Member of the City Council in charge of Environmental Protection and Improvement

Stefan Nikezić was born on July 21, 1985, in Kragujevac, where he graduated from the First Grammar School.

He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, obtaining a degree in Political Science for International Affairs. He completed his Master’s studies in Terrorism, Organized Crime, and Security at the University of Belgrade, obtaining the title of Master of Security Management.

During his studies at the University of Nicosia, he was a member of a student organization and one of the founders of the Society for International Relations and European Affairs. He is the recipient of various sports awards and a basketball scholarship throughout his studies.

In the academic year 2012/2013, he participated in the project “Development and Improvement of Leadership Skills for Local Governments in the Republic of Serbia,” organized by the Faculty of Engineering in Kragujevac.

From 2016 to July 2020, he served as Assistant Mayor of the City of Kragujevac for the improvement of the position of youth in local self-government. From 2020 to September 2023, he served as a Member of the City Council in charge of Environmental Protection and Improvement of the City of Kragujevac.

From 2016 to 2022, he was Secretary of the Executive Committee of the City Committee of the Socialist Party of Serbia in Kragujevac. Since 2022, he has served as Vice President of the City Committee of the Socialist Party of Serbia in Kragujevac.

In August 2021, he completed an international training program for young leaders entitled “Global Training Program for Young Leaders on the Modernization of Management and Sustainable Development,” organized by the City of Xi’an in cooperation with United Cities and Local Governments Asia-Pacific and Xi’an Jiaotong University.

He is employed at the City Administration for Inspection Affairs and Municipal Police of the City of Kragujevac.

He is the co-author of five scientific papers published in international conferences and journals. He speaks English and Italian.

He is married with two children.

 

Predrag Stevović
Member of the City Council in charge of Sport and Youth

Predrag Stevović was born on March 27, 1978. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Kragujevac and began his career in the private sector as a legal advisor on legal matters and investment projects.

From 2010 to 2012, he served as a trainee judge at the High Court in Kragujevac.

Starting in 2014, he worked as a Senior Associate at the National Bank of Serbia. He currently serves as an Adviser at the National Bank of Serbia.

He was a member of the Kragujevac City Assembly for two terms, from 2012 to 2016 and from 2016 to 2020.

In 2012, by a decree of the President of the Republic of Serbia, he was awarded the Gold Medal for rescuing citizens during an emergency situation caused by snowfall.

He speaks English fluently.

 

 

Marko Janković
Member of the City Council in charge of Investments and Project Management

Marko Janković was born on June 21, 1984, in Kragujevac.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Kragujevac, earning a degree in Law.

During his studies, he participated in the work of the Legal Clinic at the Department of Roman Law, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Emilija Stanković.

He obtained a certificate in American Criminal Law from Wichita State University, Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Criminal Justice, School of Community Affairs, Department of Criminology, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Branislav Simonović.

He completed his professional internship with the National Employment Service, in the office of Public Bailiff Žarko Radović, working on legal matters and enforcement cases. During this period, he underwent training and earned a Certificate in Mediation Skills, organized by USAID Serbia, the Chamber of Public Bailiffs, the Judicial Academy, and Partners for Democratic Change Serbia.

He is currently employed at EPS JSC (Electric Power Industry of Serbia), Belgrade, branch EPS Supply, in the Legal Affairs Service in Kragujevac, as a Senior Legal Advisor. Since September 2020, he has been registered as a representative of EPS JSC Belgrade by a decision of the Business Registers Agency.

He holds a certificate from the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Serbia in the area of Ethics and Integrity.

From 2017 to 2020, he was a member of the City Election Commission of Kragujevac.

He served as President of the Assembly of the Limited Liability Company “Zastava Health Care Workers' Institute” in Kragujevac from July 2018 to May 2022.

As a member of the City Assembly of Kragujevac, he served on the Committee for Regulatory Acts from August 2020 to October 2023. He was a member of the Assembly of the Limited Liability Company “Radio Television Kragujevac” from May 2022 to April 2024.

From March 2024 to December 2025, he held the position of Assistant Mayor of the City of Kragujevac for the Development and Improvement of Local Self-Government.

He is the recipient of numerous domestic and international awards and recognitions in the field of visual arts.

He speaks English. He is married with two daughters.
