Dr. Gordana Damnjanović
Assistant Mayor for Health and Social Protection, Human and Minority Rights

She was born on June 27, 1962 in Kragujevac, where she graduated from the "Svetozar Marković" Elementary School and The First Grammar School. She acquired the title of doctor of medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Belgrade in 1990 with an average grade of 8.21, and the title of specialist in health management at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Belgrade in 2007, where she defended her specialist thesis “The importance of introducing an information system for primary health care in Kragujevac Health Center” with a grade of 10.

- Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade - School of Public Health - Total Quality Management - TOM and Public Health and Evidence-Based Preventive Medicine - 2006;
- Certificates of the International Republican Institute (IRI) for communication skills in 2006, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia and EPOS Health Consultants "Health Promotion and Engaging Communities";
- Certificate from Queen's University - general principles of management, strategic planning, human resources management, team building and conflict resolution, leadership, building an ethical healthcare institution - 2009;
- Certificate of WHO "Public Health and Emergency Management" in 2015.;
- Certificate of NALED, GIZ and the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue "Inclusion of the Roma and other marginalized groups in the protection and rescue system" in 2021.
She is a member of the Medical Chamber of Serbia and the Serbian Medical Association. She was an accredited lecturer of the Health Council of Serbia in the framework of continuous medical education with papers on the topics of: communication in health institutions and treatment of people with disabilities, people with mental disabilities and the elderly, patients' rights, application of legal regulations in the health system.
She has been employed on a permanent basis in the Kragujevac Health Center since 1994.
Since 1996, she worked at the Central Dispensary for the health care of school children, where since its establishment in 2002, she has participated in the work of the Counseling Center for the preservation and improvement of the reproductive health of young people.
Since 2000, she was the PR manager of the Kragujevac Health Center, and she also continued with preventive work within the Youth Counseling Center and has participated in the work of the Center for Prevention. She has participated in all project activities of the Kragujevac Health Center, as well as in the implementation of National Prevention Programs, National Guides, Improvement of Preventive Health Services, and campaigns - You have the right, Capitation, Accreditation (she was a leader of the Information Management Team), the development of the Program for electronic invoicing of services, the introduction of ZIS, the treatment of infectious medical waste, the creation of the website of the Health Center and the Bulletin of the Health Center.
In 2008 she was the coordinator of the project "Providing the Health Center Kragujevac with medical equipment" – the Government of Japan, and a PR on the most significant Project of the Government of the Czech Republic in the Balkan countries - "Support for the prevention of cervical and breast cancer in women from the rural area of the city of Kragujevac" with the NGO "Oasis of Safety" 2010-2012.
She has been a member of the Intersectoral Team for the Prevention of Domestic Violence at the local level since 2009, as well as a coordinator of the Team for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect at the Kragujevac Health Center from 2010-2014.
Since 2014, she was a member of the City Council for Health Care, and since 2015, a member of the City Council for Health and Social Care. She performed the same function in the second mandate from 2016-2020. She served her third term from 2020 to October 2023.
She was the president of the Health Council in all three mandates. She actively participated in the work of the Permanent Conference of Cities and Municipalities’ health and social network, as well as in the preparation and implementation of the Law on Public Health. She has been a leader or coordinator of teams for the development of numerous Strategies, Action and Operational plans. She is a member of numerous working bodies of the Permanent Conference of Cities and Municipalities, The Institute of Public Health "Dr. Milan Jovanović Batut" and the UNICEF. She is in the presidency of the Committee for the organization of the October Health Days. She participated in the Assises world congress in Brussels in 2017 "Regions and Cities for Development", organized by the European Commission and the Committee of European Regions. She represented the City of Kragujevac and participated in the plenum related to mental health.
In the field of human and minority rights, in 2015, she was the president of the then Commission for Gender Equality, and today she is the president of the Council for Gender Equality. Since 2019, in the area of national minorities, she has been the president of the Council for the Social Inclusion of Roma and Romani Women, and in the area of human trafficking, she has been the president of the Team for the Prevention of Human Trafficking and the president of the Team for the Prevention of Begging and Underage Marriages.

She was a coordinator of numerous projects and programs, the most important of which are:

- ReLOaD - Regional program of local democracy in the Western Balkans for the field of health and social protection and support to the civil sector;
- With the German Development Cooperation - GIZ, the area of social inclusion of the Roma population - the second three-year phase of the ROMACTED program with the Council of Europe is currently underway;
- The Project of Delta Holding – the second endowment, Center for Sports and Recreation of Persons with Disabilities - ISKRA in 2016;
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was the Coordinator for the implementation of anti-epidemic measures for the City of Kragujevac from 2020 to 2022.
In two mandates, she was a member of the Socio-Economic Council and a chairwoman of two Property Commissions for the implementation of the procedure for leasing business premises at auction and the Commission for leasing premises at a subsidized rent.
Contribution to awards to the city of Kragujevac and personal awards:

Lady of the year 2015 - Audience and media award for work, contribution and creativity in the field of social protection - Agency for marketing and organization EVENTUS-team;

2016 - Award of the Ombudsman to the city of Kragujevac for contribution to the development of all forms of accessibility;
2021 - Acknowledgment of the Ombudsman to the city of Kragujevac for timely action in order to continuously support citizens during an emergency situation;
2021 - Recognition for the promotion of gender equality at the local level for 2021 - Response to mitigating the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic;
2021 - Winner of the highest award of SUBNOR of Serbia – The medal of a soldier;
2022 - Recognition of the Coordinating Body for Gender Equality and the UN WOMEN for the promotion of gender equality at the local level for 2022;
2022 - "Filip Višnjić" - Charter of the Association of the Blind of Serbia for a humane attitude towards blind and partially sighted people in Kragujevac and Serbia;
2022 - Commissioner for the protection of equality - Plaque for the best municipality/city with equal opportunities in 2022 for the city of Kragujevac – The Logo of Equality;
2023 - Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue for special contribution and engagement and innovative approaches in the field of improving the position of vulnerable and marginalized groups in the City of Kragujevac. Actively participates in the implementation of the "Barvalipe" Project. Initiator of the establishment of the Department for Human and Minority Rights, Gender Equality and Prevention of Human Trafficking;
2023 - The German development cooperation program "Inclusion of Roma and other marginalized groups in Serbia" and the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights awarded the city of Kragujevac a Certificate of Appreciation for successful cooperation and contribution to the inclusion of Roma, Roma women and other marginalized groups;
2023 - Recognition of the Ombudsman to the city of Kragujevac for improving the accessibility of content in the field of culture.

Dr. Gordana Damnjanović is a volunteer of the Kragujevac Red Cross. She is a member of the Circle of Serbian Sisters. She is engaged in humanitarian work, she is a member of several civil society organizations.

She is married, a mother of two daughters and a grandmother of two girls and two boys.

Marko Janković
Assistant Mayor for the Development and Improvement of Local Self-Government

Marko Janković was born on June 21, 1984. in Kragujevac.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Kragujevac, where he obtained the title of graduate lawyer.
During his studies at the Faculty of Law, he participated in the work of the "Law Clinic" at professor Emilija Stanković’s Department of Roman Law.
He acquired a certificate in the field of the American Criminal Law, issued by WICHITA STATE UNIVERSITY, Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Criminal Justice, School of Community Affairs, at the Department of Criminology by professor Branislav Simonović.
He completed his internship at the National Employment Service in the office of the bailiff Žarko Radović, working on legal and enforcement tasks. During his work, he underwent training and acquired a Certificate for the application of mediation skills organized by the USAID SERBIA, the Chamber of Public Bailiffs, the Judicial Academy and Partners for Democratic Changes of Serbia.
He works at the joint-stock electric utility power company "Electricity Company of Serbia" Belgrade, the Supply Branch, in the Legal Affairs Service in Kragujevac, as a Leading Associate for Legal Affairs.
Since September 2020, according to the Decision of the Agency for Business Registers, he has been registered as the representative of EPS AD Belgrade.
He obtained a Certificate in the field of Ethics and Integrity of the Republic Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
From 2017 to 2020 he was a member of the City Election Commission of the City of Kragujevac.
From July 2018 to May 2022 he was the President of the Assembly of the "Institute for Workers' Health Protection" LLC Kragujevac.
In the term from August 2020 to October 2023, he was a member of the Committee for Normative Acts of the Kragujevac City Assembly.
He is a member of the Assembly of the "Radio Television Kragujevac" LLC.
He is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party, and in the Kragujevac City Committee of the party he holds the position of a commissioner of the City Center Local Committee.
He is the recipient of numerous domestic and foreign awards and prizes in the field of fine arts.
He speaks English.

Stefan Bulatović
Аssistant Мayor for Тourism

He was born on December 11, 1995 in Kragujevac. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac and acquired an MA degree in international economics.
From 2011-2016 he was an active participant in various social projects in the city. He participated in the organization, social action, development and implementation of various events for young people.
Since 2016, he has been an entrepreneur and founder of the "Index Pizza" brand, which successfully operates in six cities in Serbia.
He speaks English.
