The significance of this recognition was highlighted by Marko Janković, a member of the City Council for Investments and Project Management, who addressed the General Assembly of the umbrella organization of national associations of local authorities. He emphasized that green projects form the foundation of the city’s development. Through such initiatives, Kragujevac not only improves its environmental profile but also creates a modern investment climate, he stated. According to Janković, investing in sustainable infrastructure and energy transition directly contributes to improving the quality of life of citizens and attracting new, socially responsible investments. Expressing his satisfaction at being part of the delegation of the Republic of Serbia, Janković thanked the Energy Manager for the high-quality projects she leads and for their successful presentation at the Assembly.
